  • 2 oz Gin (St. George's Terroir)
  • .5 oz Green Chartreuse
  • .5 oz Cynar 70
  • .5 oz Lime Juice

Glass

  • Cocktail Glass

Time

  • 5 minutes

Instructions

  • Add ingredients to cocktail shaker
  • Shake and strain into cocktail glass
  • Garnish with lime peel

The Belly Flop is a Drunken Diplomacy original creation. St. George's Terroir gin is well structured with a rich taste of the woods of Northern California. Cynar 70, the new high proof variant of the classic artichoke amaro imparts a subtle earthy botanical flavor to the mix. 

Green Chartreuse, the classic French floral liquor rounds out the intensely floral and spirit forward cocktail.
